My UROP placement involved working for Wayne Luk, of the Custom Computing Group at Imperial College London, on a project for Atollic Ltd. During my time on the placement I undertook an extensive evaluation of Celoxica's DK1 and DK2 Design Suites and used these tools to work on the validation of large prime numbers in hardware. | |

I was responsible for the development of an online user database for one of ITC Internet's clients, replacing a raft of disparate data sources to reduce human intervention. The project utilised a database under Linux for user authentication with Windows content servers. External companies integrate with the system to manage users as required. | |
